Laura Fortino, Owner, Bella Body & Mind

Laura Fortino is a Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Specialist, and Group Fitness Instructor. Laura graduated from Cal State University Long Beach with a B.A. While attending CSU Long Beach, she taught ballet, tap, and jazz dance classes. A car accident injury in Laura's neck and shoulder brought her into the gym where she eventually began to teach fitness and then weight lifting. In 2000, Laura Fortino became certified in Pilates and started working for herself in clients' homes as well as in private gyms.

Lindsey Newton - Huntington Beach Personal Trainer

Lindsey Newton is a home town Huntington Beach girl. She enthusiastically was involved in gymnastics and club soccer for many years. After graduating high school, Veterinary Technician School and becoming a Registered Veterinary Technician in both CA and NV, she fullfilled a life long dream of working with African Lions in Las Vegas. During all this time, Lindsey has continued her love of physical fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. Lindsey loves to share her fitness enthusiam with others and is dedicated to helping others acheive a balanced healthy & fit lifestyle. This passion led her to becoming a Certified Personal Trainer.

I am grateful to Laura Fortino for being instrumental in my transformation. It's one thing to lose weight, it's another thing to grow strong and lean. Laura has taught me how to be accountable for and in control of my body. I am amazed at the results (I can actually run and do pushups now). I still look at myself in the mirror in disbelief, as I am stronger and leaner than I have ever been in my life.
